Tresah is Victoria’s first mass timber project. When using wood sourced from sustainably-managed forests, mass timber buildings have much less embodied carbon than those made from traditional materials such as concrete. Together with Aryze Developments, Studio Roslyn, and Studio Faculty, Etho created a brand that drew from the location’s industrial heritage and appealed to the young creatives that supported this innovative project.
